Alex en Natasja van Lokaal Makelaardij hebben onze woning verkocht terwijl wij al in het buitenland woonden — en ze namen werkelijk alles uit handen. Snelle communicatie, uitgebreide verslagen na iedere bezichtiging, Alex was zelf aanwezig bij de energielabel-inspectie (met een beter label tot gevolg), en toen de eerste advertentie niet aansloeg regelde hij styling en nieuwe foto’s, zonder kosten voor de tweede Funda-plaatsing. Hij heeft zelfs onze KPN-router teruggestuurd. Rustig en geduldig richting kopers, die alle tijd krijgen om de woning te bekijken. Absolute aanrader.

De samenwerking met Alex en Natasja ging erg goed tijdens de verkoop van onze woning. Het persoonlijke contact is heel fijn, en de communicatie verloopt soepel. Ze brengen daarnaast deskundigheid mee, en nemen je van A tot Z mee om je te ontzorgen bij de verkoop.

Mocht je een makelaar zoeken, voor zowel aankoop als verkoop: zoek echt niet verder. Zonde van je tijd. Wij hebben ons huis zowel aangekocht als verkocht via Lokaal Makelaardij en zijn over beide processen enorm tevreden! Echt een hele fijne makelaar. Alles werd zo goed geregeld, goede communicatie, snel en kritisch meedenken. Vol enthousiasme, persoonlijk contact en humor.

Fantastisch geholpen door onze aankoopmakelaar Alex. Door zijn kennis van de huidige woningmarkt hebben we ons droomhuis kunnen kopen. We moved from Singapore to Amsterdam recently. Trying to find the right apartment was proving to be a challenge, but we chanced upon a wonderful place near the museums and had the pleasure of dealing with Natasja the team at Lokaal Makelaardij. They went out of their way to help secure the apartment for us, even while we were stuck in another country waiting for visas to process. Simply the best experience (renting an apartment). Very well organized and transparent process (like next steps, dates and documents requirements). I was always aware of what’s going to happen next and when, and what was expected from my side without asking any questions. And when I was asking questions I was getting all the answers and help promptly and politely. A special thanks for using DocuSign (saves lots of time as you don’t need to print/sign/send the documents). And last but not the least, the inspection report had all the info and photos about the apartment, so that I could simply take the keys and move in.
